Your invoice stays yours
The invoice maker
It works entirely in your browser. The invoice you fill in, the UBL file and the PDF are made in your browser and not sent to our server. So that you lose nothing, your browser keeps the invoice you are working on in its own storage (localStorage), and your own details only if you tick 'Remember my details'. 'Forget everything on this device' clears it in one click.
The Peppol check
The enterprise number you type goes to our server, which looks it up in the public Peppol register (via DNS) and in OpenPeppol's public Peppol Directory. The answer stays in the server's memory for an hour at most. We do not keep track of who looked up which number. An enterprise number is public information about a business.
On your own device
Your preferences (light or dark theme, Reading comfort), the invoice you are working on and, if you ask, your own details are kept in your own browser's storage. They never reach us. The validator receives an invoice from the invoice maker through the storage of that one tab (sessionStorage) and clears it at once.
Technical logs
Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and time) to keep the site running securely. We do not use them to track visitors.
